Baked salmon with mustard and brown sugar glaze
Ingredients:
– ¼ cup whole grain mustard
– ¼ raw beet, grated (for color)
– Fresh herbs or microgreens
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Line a baking tray with foil and place the salmon skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix the glaze ingredients. Add garlic, lemon zest and beet if choosing to use any. Spread evenly over the salmon to fully coat.
4. Bake for 13 minutes. Serve immediately or keep warm on low heat while covered.
