The court rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's request to cancel his testimony in the coming weeks in his trial – which will resume on Monday. The judges determined that "the request to postpone the hearing, in its current form, does not present a foundation or detailed reasoning that could justify canceling evidentiary hearings, according to the standard set in the directives of the Supreme Court President. Therefore, at this stage, and with the expiration of the declaration of emergency in the courts, the request is rejected."
