The prosecution submitted an indictment to the Central District Court in Lod against Zohar Gonder, 19, from Yehud, who out of jealousy struck a person on the head with a hammer. According to the indictment, Gonder was angry that his girlfriend was spending time with friends in Moshav Rinnatya, took a hammer, found out her location and arrived at the moshav. The defendant noticed a man and another person walking on the path toward the house, ran toward them and forcefully hit the man on the head with the hammer, and also tried to harm the other person. The indictment attributes to the defendant offenses of aggravated intentional injury and attempted aggravated intentional injury.
