Hundreds of infantry soldiers in the IDF reserves and veterans of the military, including from special ops and elite units, signed a letter on Thursday, calling on the government to bring hostages home, even at the cost of ending the war. "It is the primary mission and the values on which we operate and our moral duty as a nation," they wrote. "This is a call to save lives." The letter comes after members of the air force, Navy, medical corps and other sectors in the IDF have sent similar letters calling for an immediate hostage release deal.
