Tahini bread loaf (baked in an English cake pan)
– 6 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
– ½ teaspoon baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
3. Bake for exactly 23 minutes.
4. Optional: Add parmesan cheese, nuts or seeds. You can also substitute the tahini with your choice of nut butter.
Nut flour and Greek yogurt bread
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 2 tablespoons fried onion
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix all ingredients and transfer to a lightly greased pan. You can also shape it into rolls or bagels.
3. Optional: Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame, nigella seeds or any topping you like.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
