The IDF and Shin Bet announced that they eliminated Hamas terrorist Mohammed Nasser Ali Qanita in a joint operation. Qanita held Emily Damari captive in his home and participated in the October 7 attacks on communities near the Gaza border. Qanita was active in Hamas military intelligence and was eliminated on June 19 in Gaza City.
