Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, said after meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan that 'there is a PR campaign launched against Qatar in Israel.' According to him, 'Qatar's contracts with American communications companies are meant to counter the PR campaign against us in Israel. The so-called 'Qatar-gate' is journalistic propaganda for political purposes with no basis in truth. Marginal politicians in Israel are making accusations against Doha while forgetting its role in the hostage release.'
